In accordance with state law, each person having their signature notarized must show a valid (unexpired) government-issued Photo ID:

• State Issues Driver’s License

• US Passport

• State Issued I.D. Card

• Foreign passport stamped by the INS (U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Services)

• Alien registration card (acceptable only for notarization of INS forms)

• Military Service I.D. Card issued by the U.S. Government

General Notary Services

Most documents that require notarization will need either an oath or affirmation attached.

An Oath or Affirmation is administered to a document signer when the signer is required to make a sworn statement about certain facts.

Document signers must personally appear before the notary and sign a document voluntarily.

Loan Signing Services

With the demands of work, family and home It can be hard to find the time to stop your day and go into an attorney's office to complete a real estate transaction. So we are here to offer you the flexibility to sign your loan documents from your home, office or any location of your convenience. We are pleased to partner with some of the best signing services, banks and attorneys in the industry.

Additional Services

We understand that sometimes all you need is a witness. We are happy to assist with signing as an Authorized Representative on I-9 Forms.
